During my practicum experience in a health care facility in this week, I have managed to communicate with my preceptor to discuss my progress and the various topics that I am supposed to cover and activities required of me while offering care as I also learn. We discussed the different activities and topics to cover over the coming weeks during my practicum as I advance and gain more skills to become a qualified nurse. Personal strengths and/or weaknesses The preceptor highlighted the areas that I have been effective, areas that I need to improve, and what resources and actions are needed to improve those areas. We discussed the various ways through which we can be able to come up with new approaches, and the preceptor taught me that new practice approaches include looking for new solutions to the health issues in the community
